Our promise to you is to deliver a professional service coming from a combined experience of over thirty years of school premises management from myself. We offer consultancy through to general maintenance and building works. We specialise in school premises, health and safety and compliancey. All work will be risk assessed and backed up with method statements prior to any work starting. I can tailor our services to meet your needs, giving you solutions to all manner of premises related issues.

I started in school premises management in 1985 with the ILEA, I have worked in all types of educational establishments from Nurserys to Adult Education including SEN Schools. I am driven by a passion for the work I do and I specialise in health and safety, I am a technician member of IOSH and have a vast knowledge of school compliancy needs and health and safety issues that schools face on a daily basis. We are happy to be able to offer our services to you so you can concentrate on teaching and learning and the children's development.

We also extend our services to all other public and private businesses and to private households.
